St Peter's Vision Statement
At St. Peter's Catholic Parish Primary School, Epping Jesus is our model and the Gospel values of love, empathy and forgiveness are fostered and lived.
Our school works in partnership with families to ensure growth in faith and identity as a member of the Catholic community and to ensure that children are able to fully participate in society.
A welcoming atmosphere of acceptance, respect and celebration of the individual happens alongside physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and social development.
St Peter's School is a learning community who strives to provide a happy, safe and supportive learning environment for all where we are empowered to be thinkers, encouraged to take risks and to reflect on our learning in the current and future world.

BOUNCEBACK! At St Peter's we have a whole school resiliency program called BOUNCEBACK!
It is taught in all grades for 30 minutes per week.
The aim of the program is to teach students to be more resilient, to become more connected to their peers and to improve their emotional wellbeing and self-esteem.
One aspect of the program focuses on CORE VALUES.
The classroom units of work on core values provide concrete and practical activities to help students understand the importance of the core prosocial values and how these values determine how they behave and relate to others.
The values covered in BOUNCEBACK include -
Integrity: being honest, fair, responsible and loyal and socially 'just'
Support: supporting and caring for other people
Cooperation: cooperating with others
Acceptance of difference: accepting, repecting, living with and finding the positive side of differences in others
Respect: respecting the rights of others, and acknowledging your own rights and responsibilities to others in a respectful way
Friendliness: being friendly and socially responsible, and including others in games and conversations.
